Called in this evening to look at bikes for my daughter, the service was exceptional. Walked away with a bike, at a great price, in under 20 minutes. The gentleman who assisted us was working on a bike in the back but he immediately downed tools to help, was really friendly and offered great advice. The bike was fully safety checked and a demo of quick release wheel given. Wish I’d have asked his name to give full recognition. Thank you Team Cheetham Hill!

The staff were amazing and so helpful. I ordered a bike for my son but when it arrived in store and they began to build it they found an issue. They quickly resolved it and I still got to pick the bike up when planned. Would recommend and will use again in the future.

I popped in to ask about cycle service course. Phil, right by the store entrance noticed that my chain wasn't oiled, offered to oil it, and suggested a free bronze service. He then talked me through all the components that he had checked, answered questions which seemed elementary while engaging with me, and even suggested how I could keep on top of my routine care myself, or the other services they offer. I'll be returning to this store, and seeking their advice on types of bikes. Friendly, knowledgeable and engaging.

I had an issue with my front brake and popped in as it was on my way home. Freddie the mechanic took a look and instantly fixed the problem with no wait and no charge. Fantastic service. I’m sure the store will be a credit and great addition to the cheetham hill retail park. Many thanks. David

Superb Silver Service on my hybrid bike by Rich yesterday. The bike needed some replacement parts, which I suspected before I took the bike in, and I was delighted to learn that Evans had all the parts in stock and completed the work on the same day. I had great advice as well from Nathan. I pop in the shop regularly and always get a friendly welcome and excellent service.
