I'm very pleased with the curtain track I ordered for our bay window. I wasn't 100% certain what I needed so I emailed with a photo and got a very speedy and helpful response from Lee. Measuring was straightforward following their helpful guide and it was delivered within the week. Fits a treat and looks good. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the product and service I received. Hi Lee, just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for making buying my track so simple & easy and the finish result looks great! I had quite an awkward bay and Lee talked me through everything I needed to do and it took me all of 10 minutes to put up on my own (perhaps even less with 2 people) his communication and attention to detail is excellent and the track arrived exceptionally well packed to avoid any damage in transit. Excellent in every respect. Lee's website is informative and thorough. The measuring process was simple, as was ordering. After ordering Lee was in touch to provide some advice and guidance which was spot on. The whole process from placing an order to having the tracks installed and in use was less than a week. We ordered two tracks and they arrived in perfect condition having been carefully and thoroughly protected for transport. We are delighted and highly recommend Lee and ezecurtains. See pictures attached for the finished product (ignore the holes in the wall, these are where the curtain pole used to be as the room is yet to be redecorated!) Thanks again Lee.

I cannot recommend Mr. Stevens more highly. I have very heavy velvet curtains, and they run so smoothly on his rail, they feel almost weightless to move. Installation was wonderfully straightforward and it went up without any difficulties at all. My window looks so beautiful now. Moreover, the service was perfect from start to finish, this business truly cannot be faulted. I can’t believe that such a careful service and a quality product is also affordable, priced comparably with store bought rails of vastly inferior quality and design. I can’t overstate how impressed I was with everything from the informative website, complete customisation, customer friendly rail design, very fast and safe delivery! I only have one window in my studio flat, but if I ever move to a bigger place I will definitely be looking to place orders here again.

We ordered two bespoke metal 7 panel curved bay window tracks and a standard metal track. We are really happy with the tracks & how they fit. Lee was super helpful throughout the ordering, measuring & aftercare. We had a slight issue with one of the bay tracks which was resolved quickly & efficiently at no extra cost to us. I highly recommed Lee at Ezecurtains. Thanks Lee for providing us with a brilliant customer experience & product.
