We thought long and hard on what to name the club and chose F.A.S Taekwon-Do as this is an abbreviation for Father and Son, and we have chosen our motto as "Stronger - Together."
Our club’s name and motto reflect our belief that we are all stronger when we work together as a team, whether that is as students our as a family. We encourage all members of our students’ families to train together at F.A.S Taekwon-Do and at home. I can attest to the positive benefits this has brought to me personally, as the bond I have with William has grown even stronger as we have trained alongside each other over the years. To support this, we are putting in place some exciting changes to make this possible for more families

FAS Taekwondo with Mr Ian and William Hall has been an absolute game-changer for me. Their teaching methods are not only highly effective but also refreshingly simple, making it easy for anyone to grasp even the most complex techniques. Thanks to their guidance, my ability to learn has improved significantly.But it's not just about learning kicks and punches; FAS Taekwondo fosters an environment of confidence-building. The instructors are incredibly supportive, helping me push past my limits and believe in myself. This confidence boost transcends the Dojang and has positively impacted various aspects of my life. What truly sets FAS Taekwondo apart is its family-oriented atmosphere. From day one, I felt welcomed and embraced by a community that genuinely cares about each other's progress and well-being. It's not just a place to train; it's a second home where everyone, from the youngest students to the seasoned practitioners, feels like part of a tight-knit family. The fun factor is undeniable, especially for the kids. The instructors have a knack for making each class enjoyable while still imparting invaluable lessons in discipline and respect. Whether it's through exciting drills, interactive games, or friendly competitions, every session is a blast for the entire family. In conclusion, FAS Taekwondo is more than just a martial arts club; it's a transformative experience. With their excellent teaching methods, emphasis on confidence-building, and family-oriented dynamics, they've not only helped me become a better martial artist but also a better person overall.
