We have an unmanned office used for training courses, and the monitors had issues. The team at Fathom we great support, they were able to send engineer within a few days of contact and fix the issue really fast. Would definitely recommend their services. Amazing work

What can I say, top job from Andrew and the team , I needed a hard drive replacement due to old one crashing on start up with no way of restoring to previous point etc. Andrew was able to replace the hard drive, restore most of the files and gave me a 7 day time frame which He completed on the 7th day. I'd recommend these guys for your basic computer needs. Also They are the cheapest in the area as I got numerous quotes from other PC repair shops.

I've had Fathom on contract for our IT services for a couple of years now looking after our dozen or so computers and the server. They are the only supplier that is never under review. Fantastic service from both Joe and Nathan. (oh and Andy occasionally!) Friendly and a good value service - I'm certainly not looking for anyone else. Give me a call if you want to know more. Prompt, friendly, cost-effective and reliable service. Did a RAM memory upgrade on my laptop while I waited and offered lots of really useful advice. Definitely use again and recommend them for any IT work you need!

Was told PC will be fixed within 2-3 days, a full week later they only just began looking at it that day. Very annoying as before agreeing to anything I stated how urgently I needed it back in this time for work - would have taken it somewhere else to be fixed had I known this. Get the impression they have a don't turn any business away mentality, which is fine if you can deliver on the stated fix time. A day late would have been acceptable, but only STARTING to look at the problem in the first place 1 week after I dropped it off is not good service. Has taken 10 days in total. What's more, important work documents that were within my documents folder with everything else have not been backed up and are lost. Really quite disappointed with the service given some of the positive feedback I'd read from last year onwards.
