Please avoid choosing this care home, over the last 18 months the standard of care has seriously deteriorated. My grandad had numerous falls, he was also dehydrated & weak due to being left to sleep and missing meal times, time after time. My grandad has recently passed away due to another fall & his death is currently being investigated. The only contact from the home was to request us to clear his room within the week, no condolences from them. My family arranged to go in 4 days after for the smaller items, all of which has been put into black bags and dumped in another room, items broken and items missing. Then went to the home on day 6 for his furniture all of which had been left outside in the rain and no one was allowed in to check everything was out of his room. They are completely heartless, the home not allowing my family to go in his room and pack his things has not allowed them to grieve & say the final good by to what his home for the past 3 years. Obvious he was just a means of profit to what is a badly managed care home

Having spent the day with my mum after her having a seizure this morning I can only praise the staff for the care that they have treated my mum with as always the staff always seem to be in good mood and always appear to have all the time in the world for all the residents, Thanks for all your assistance today
