Went for a battery replacement and accidental damage was caused to the phone screen during the repair, after talking with the owner he was very apologetic about the situation and offered multiple solutions to compensate for the mistake. I got my phone back a few days later fully fixed and can say that it works fine.

Thought I had smashed my phone screen. Took to Fix My Phone and the owner was a refreshingly honest man. It turns out I hadn’t smashed my screen, it was the screen protector. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend!
