Absolutely love Ian... He saved the day. I bought some stair nosing online which they sent the wrong colour. I was so upset as the jointers were at my house waiting to start the work. I asked my Joiner were can I get the nosing from , which he advised ,nosing is such a specialist item I would have to order it as one stocks it..I Rang several shops, who said it's about a week or two for the item to be delivered. A last dish attempt I contacted Floor Express, and they had the nosing in stock ready to collect.🥳🥳 and the perfect match. I picked them up straight away. My joiner was really surprised that Floor Express had the nosing in stocked. The customer service was second to non.... Great team.. I will definitely be going back again, as they had some lovely beds and flooring. Thank you Ian..👍🏾

I am so pleased with my hallway carpet. Carl was great fitting the carpet, Ian was brilliant in the shop. He matched up the colour of my paint with the carpet choice. I would definitely use Floor Express again.

I was recommended Floorexpress by a trusted tradesman. The sales staff gave good advice on the best flooring to choose for my kitchen. They offered a good selection. A quote was given soon after. The flooring is good quality and fitted to a high standard. Very neat. I would definitely come back and recommend Floor Express to others.

I have been using this company for the last 15 years for all types of flooring needs. I have had carpets, laminate and vinyl from these guys for various rooms in my house. I can confirm that the service I have received has been excellent on every occasion from every single staff member. Nothing seems to much trouble for them ( last time I had them come out and remeasure my rooms 3 times because of me, they were happy to oblige and did not complain at all) Saeed was super helpful on every occasion I went into the shop and was extremely polite and professional in his work. All the guys (Ian,Byrom were super helpful as well) are really friendly and I have never felt any kind of pressure sales from them in order to get me to agree to a sale. I would highly suggest that you come into the shop in person and you will find everything that I have said is 100% true.
