I ordered flowers for my Son & Daughter in laws we anniversary. I don't live in Manchester so just took a chance to order them from the Flower Basket after reading the reviews. Wonderful service from the start speaking to a gentleman who took my order and advised me what arrangements they did. The flowers were beautiful and my Son & Daughter in law were over the moon with them. So THANK YOU so much. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful flowers but extremely nasty when calling to order flowers for a funeral. Called the number shown but kept being sent a busy tone so I kept trying (not realising the woman has the company number redirected to her mobile). She called me off her mobile in a harsh tone saying I had called her 18 times (it was 13 actually) but being on a number I didn’t recognise it took a few seconds to click what had happened. Sadly I won’t be ordering with these again despite how nice the flowers looked. Customer services needs looking at and addressing. This places needs Mary back!

Looked everywhere on the Internet for some lovely reasonably priced flowers. So I decided to look local and came across Mary's Flower Basket a tiny lock-up next to Heaton Chapel railway station. The prices are reasonable, the delivery is fast and the quality of the flowers are brilliant. Affordable too. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.
