Leaving this review because of how bad my service was in store, asked for a shoe a young female served for my size and she basically held shoe in her had for 20 minutes kept looking at me and basically ignored me, I had to ask another member of staff what she was actually doing and if she was even looking for it to get a shrug of shoulders, my girlfriend that was with me also asked for a shoe and was told the shoe was completely sold out, we gave up walked out to then looked on the website to see the shoe I wanted was £25 cheaper online and my girlfriends shoe was! available to order and was also £30! Cheaper then price in store, staff need retraining shocking!

Had to order trainers i really wanted because no size in the shop. No problem to them,a lovely lady helped and had them sent to my own address, Thank you so much i am made up with them.

Came in today to purchase some Ons for our daughter, Served by a very friendly, polite and helpful gentleman called Aidan, went above and beyond in his service, Thank you so much, you are a credit to Footlocker

Its good shope for shoes. Lotes variety of shoes. Was on offers some are 60% 0ff was busy still good behavior of staff. Price are less even i thought i like so much.
