I ordered a north face coat costing me £270 in total & was damaged. After 5 weeks & nearly 60 emails , they sent me a womens jumpsuit size 14 saying thats what I sent although I have proof of what I sent! Messers DONT ORDER FROM FOOTSYLUM P8925127

Far too busy... staff take forever to put stuff through they'd rather chat amongst themselves than speak to the customer and actually doing their job... then for me to pay and she stood there and took loads of cash out till told me I had to wait assume cashlift was being done, but this can be done in between customers not in middle of sale... for me to wait on my receipt.

I was shopping around and one of the employees was very helpful in helping pick some shoes out for a friend overall staff were really friendly in the footwear section.

Tiny shop hardly anything in store online shopping is far easier you don't have the hassle of staff pestering you the minute you walk in and when you do need someone's help me there never around.
