If I could do a zero star I would,don't go to this shop as I have ...I've been a client for many years and before today would of agreed with people's reviews. Until you want to return an item,not for a refund may I add,not so nice then...you are met with aggression,abuse and bad customer service. Due me removing a price tag,they have a made up policy of which even trading standards don't support... After a bombardment of abuse and embarrassment in the store by the owners,they have refunded my money refused me to exchange and barred me from the shop in the future. I must say I have always supported local business,but these don't deserve it so my friends,colleagues and other forums i will be telling you to avoid this shop as it doesn't deserve it.

Love this place. Friendly staff who are always happy to help. Great choice of clothing especially for big girls like me

Really helpful staff, lovely clothes at real prices. Even better they are bringing out an over 50s range soon....I'm nearly there 🙄🤣 can't wait!
