After one of their vans almost running me off the road and cutting across 3 lanes, I called to request an email address to share the feedback privately. Unfortunately, the lady that answered had quite the attitude and proceeded to fob me off with a generic info@ email address. Not only does the driver in question require further driver training, but also lessons on how to conduct himself when representing his company (hand gestures, tailgating and flashing his lights are not the way). I would have preferred to send over the video and my feedback to a private email however, the "gatekeeper" on the phone would not allow. I personally wouldn't have a company with employees behaving in this dangerous and disgusting matter anywhere near my premises, never mind doing work for me.
