I had a very good experience selling my flat with Gascoigne Halman Heaton Moor. Adam, the manager, was very knowledgable and friendly and we had the property valued and on the market very quickly. The background work he did before our meeting was invaluable. Viewings were setup quickly and in a very short time I had an offer. Thank you to Jake who was involved in this process and throughout the sale. The whole team worked brilliantly and I am happy that everything went smoothly, which is a credit to the whole office. Fantastic job!

Just wanted to take the opportunity to say a massive thanks to Adam and the team for all their help with the sale of my flat. I had previously been on the market with Julian Wadden, Gascoigne Halman completely wiped the floor with the service previously provided by Julian Wadden. From getting viewings, dealing with shared ownership complexities, arranging a sale and pushing to completion, the team were there every step of the way. It had been a long stressful process and couldn't fault the service received. Massive thanks to Adam, Kim and Jake.

We purchased our first property from a seller that used the Heaton Moor office. Jake was fantastic at explaining the process going above and beyond to keep us informed (even when our own solicitors weren’t communicating with us). He make the whole process as easy as it could be while being friendly, supportive and professional. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family. Keep up the fantastic work Jake!
