This is the second time we have used Gatley Glass services, they did such a good job on our first house that we asked them to come and fit windows, a door, a cat flap and fix a broken door at our new house. The service and quality were exactly as first time round, very friendly and professional and everything looked great once they had finished. The price was very reasonable, when we got a quote from a well known window fitter it was almost double the price gatley glass gave and even the person on the phone said there was no way they could match it. I'd definitely recommend them and would use their services again.

Had a window that wouldn't shut properly. Gatley Glass came promptly and replaced the hinge efficiently and without making a mess. First time I've used them but they seem like a professional outfit who give a good service.

Excellent swift service. We had a consultation, they were very professional, did not try to oversell us a product, measured up and got us a quote very quickly without guilting us into buying. They came out cheaper for the same quality than the big brands and were more prepared to answer technical questions regarding the windows and doors. They have given us a fantastic set of windows and a new back door. Our home is already warmer and more full of light. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to use a local company that provide a high quality service.

We had a full double glazing install in 2013. Any niggles we've had have been dealt with promptly. Amazing company. 100% recommend.

Broken glass, broken promises! I was very happy with the responsiveness of Gatley Glass when my door lock needed repairing. Unfortunately whilst repairing the lock mechanism the operatives accidentally broke the glass in my door. They pointed out it wasn’t safety glass and asked if I wanted both large panes replacing with safety glass. Tim from the office rang me with a price for the repair to the lock and to replace both panes of glass, which I paid over the phone there and then. Tim explained that the glass factory was closed due to COVID and that they’d sort the glass ASAP (which I’d paid for upfront). This was back in April - Tim is now avoiding my calls and messages and has not been to replace the cracked glass which is also not safety glass. Very disappointed with the treatment I have had from Gatley Glass after paying £450 up front in good faith. My niece cut her hand on the damaged glass last week yet Gatley Glass continue to ignore me! AVOID!!
