Me and my wife went with GD Property Solicitors for the purchase of our first house. Contrary to what I heard from most of my friends' experiences, buying a house in our case went very smoothly. Really, no problems, at all. The process started on 26/Jan and finished on 26/Apr. We want to personally thank our solicitor, Zumman Ahmed. From the begining he was courteous, direct and fast. He answered all our questions, told us about the app that the company uses for sharing/signatures of most of the documents (worked well on our devices), and communicated promptly via email when progress occurred in our purchase case (we also tried to equally reply fast to help speed things up). About in the middle of the process, progress stalled a little bit due to legal searches and communication waiting time back and forth between the Seller and us Buyers. But that is understandable given the nature of cummunication between Buyer>Solicitor1>Solicitor>2>Seller (with sometimes the Estate Agents also in between). All in all, I really have no complains to offer but a massive thank you message to Zumman and to GD Propertity Solicitors for the work they did on our behalf to secure the purchase of our new home. For reference, our purchase was not a Chain. I Would gladly recommend them to others who are looking to buy a home.

I enlisted the help of Jaya from GD Property Solicitors for both selling and buying a new house. I have nothing but praise for her services. She was incredibly efficient, diligent in chasing the other parties solicitors, thorough in her work, and maintained regular contact with me throughout the process. Also the fee was fair and competitive. I would highly recommend her services!

Really happy with the service from GD solicitors. We found them ourselves online and they have been seamless from start to finish. Easy to contact, happy to help and made the process of buying a house better than we expected! Our case worker changed to Reema quite far into the process so we were a bit worried this would slow everything down. However, we had nothing to worry about. She hit the ground running with our file and ensured we were able to complete as soon as possible. We will definitely be using them the next time we buy.

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Sonia, my solicitor, during the purchase of my new shared ownership home. The sellers were extremely incompetent, slow, and disorganised, causing significant delays and frustration. Despite these challenges, Sonia went above and beyond to ensure the process was completed to a high standard. It took the sellers three months to rectify their mistakes, and they were only able to do so because Sonia meticulously identified the issues and guided them through the necessary corrections. Her dedication and expertise made all the difference, and I highly recommend her services.
