Beautiful fish and the only chippy I will eat chips from. Friendly owner and staff, nice clean premises and generous portions of food. He does two different curry sauces and both are delicious. I drive past half a dozen chippy's to buy from Georges.

Got pudding, chips, peas and gravy with just salt and got home ready 2 eat and there was a mix of old and fresh chips. The gravy tasted VERY strong of vinegar and i hate vinegar. i couldn't eat it. Threw it all in the bin. They must mix vinegar with the gravy. Last time i visit

Always prefered here since it was George really. Andy has always been great to untill the last few times, now time for me to find another chippy! The chips were that greasy and pale that it formed to a cold mush the barm fell to pieces through oil. Sausage pale and just about cooked. Fish were only thing that was nice, dont get me started on curry sauce because i do not understand why you ask spicy or mild as there is no taste to either. Sorry Andy but maybe it time for a corner shop in the family again instead.
