First time user and very impressed. Used them for an airport round trip. Journey to airport, car arrived before departure time, driver assisted with luggage and dropped us off at the terminal door. Car was very clean and driver very pleasant. Our return trip was excellent. Driver contacted us following the landing yo arrange a meeting point and met us at the arrivals where agreed. The driver assisted with luggage and dropped us at our home address. Again a really nice driver and very clean car. Really happy with staff and service and will arrange my next holiday to begin and end with their service.

My driver was punctual and texted me 30 mins before arrival. I felt safe as I travelled alone with him. Overall he chatted and made me feel very welcome. Would travel again with your company

I have contacted this taxi company directly, explaining my disappointment regarding the service i received, but, the reply I received was just, in my opinion, defensive excuses for what was, ultimately a service that drastically failed to keep their promises. I asked very specific questions regarding my pick up from the airport e.g that theyd be Flight monitoring, someone would be there waiting at arrivals with a name board etc etc. This simply didnt happen. I had to follow the driver through the airport, via underground parking lots, for what was a long way. The driver was pleasant, but, lacked understanding of my ability to keep up with him. I'm 60+! I was waiting a long while before the driver turned up. This meant although I'd left lots of time to reach a train station, I was left with little time to catch my train. These were important to me and based on the assurances and promises I booked them. I have used another company today, and, it was brilliant! I held back on leaving this review until I could compare it, and in the interest of fairness. But, now I can compare the standards of service, this company will never ever get my custom again, and as much as I hate to say it, I'd not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. Arrived on time for both journeys. Was kept informed by Sohail who was courteous and helpful. Will definitely use Getcab in the future. Can highly recommend.
