I will start with what one could consider downside - not cheap. You do get what you paid for though! Very quick response, appointment booked next day. Fitter arrived at specified time. Very quick and clean installation. Very happy with the service.

Were super helpful, advised to not remove whole window due to bricks above collapsing. So just removed center panel. Even helped get the sofa out. Would definately recommend and use in the future. ππ Got them out again today (29 May 2024), the man was amazing, even helped get the old chair out of the window π

I had a cat flap fitted yesterday! Took 2 minutes to do, no hassle and very polite service by Casper. The company gave me a good price on a double glazing door with a fitted cat flap and I highly recommend their service!

Very efficient. Casper, came out on the same day, boarded up conservatory roof glass late evening (Saturday). Which helped keep any water damage to a minimum, as it was raining. Came back a couple of days later to measure up. Fitted new glass just over a week later. Well done. TMcD.

I had a cat flap fitting booked at 9am on a specific day, and sadly the fitter didn't show up. I later learned their system had gone down and there was a mixup with our address so it wasn't their fault, and the company rebooked the fitting at a time that suited me, but it was a faff to sort out and there was no apology issued. The fitter was on time the second time and very friendly, and did an OK job. The grouting around the outside of the cat flap could have been neater (it was installed in a UPVC door with Georgian moulding), it doesn't look awful just slightly DIY which is a shame - it seemed like the fitter was in a hurry to get going. I personally wouldn't recommend this company to others.
