Poor. Ordered School uniform from this sole supplier. The website is clunky and naff, during the summer there have been numerous messages regarding dispatch and cut off dates, some on the website, some appearing as pop ups. At best they're capricious, sometimes misleading conflicting or later claimed to be different. Fulfillment times are slow. The company are slow to respond to comms. The uniform itself is unremarkable, the Polo Shirts notably poorer quality than the sweaters. This is not somewhere you would shop if you had a choice. Not a single parent I have spoken to enjoys shopping or is happy with the shopping experience at Gooddies. To the point we've resolved as a group to get the school logo mapped and copied by a local embroidery company. It probably wont be any cheaper, but we'll be in control of the quality, sizes, and timescales, we wont pay £6 p&p and If you are a school looking for a Uniform Supplier, I would implore you to look elsewhere. If you are a School using Gooddies, talk to your parents. Its clear Gooddies have no incentive to improve as a sole supplier they have a monopoly and don't care. They forget who the customer is and its all for their convenience, ease of operations. Ill say it again. This is not somwhere you would choose to shop.

Awful. Quality of cardigans is poor, they fade after a couple of washes. PE tops pull and the hem of one that isn’t even 4 weeks old has all unravelled. Takes weeks for orders to arrive.

It's unfair that this company is the only place to get uniform for my kids school. Super slow delivery times, expensive P&P, average quality, not cheap either. This kind of arrangement should be banned by government.

Delay in getting orders. Takes time responding to emails, website is awful. Really home our school will move to another company.

What could be worst anymore? I ordered my kids uniform items on 26th November. Its 14 December and I am still waiting. My kids asking me every day. There is no contact number and Gooddies website isn't working. In this time, one can import something from China. I was going through the reviews of quite a few other people and it seems, everyone has same problem. We being parents need to talk with concerning school authorities, not to push us into a well called gooddies. Please don't bother typing few charming words underneath this review. Rather employ the guy wasting time on comments, packing n despatching our orders. Abnoxious.
