Visited 04/11/2023 As a long time customer of this post office I can safely say I have seen it all, the busy times, the heartbreak when the previous operator of this branch stepped down, but through it all Dawn and Kirsty handled it to the best of their ability and with the highest standard of customer service despite the extreme levels of stress and workload. I’m now so ecstatic to see our post office continue to be a pillar in our community, even more so now than before under the diligent care of Sadia, so much so that it’s become an even bigger hotspot for customers despite there being other post office locations within close distance. But that’s not surprising as staff are what makes a business, and I only have high praises for the staff at this branch, with a special mention to Sadia who from my observation has a bright inviting smile and a personal connection with every single customer that walks in, whilst her service remains highly efficient, I can only hope that the staff are receiving a well deserved thank you from their customers at the least and compensated well for their efforts.

I was in the above post office this morning. The service is excellent. The young lady that attended to me is also an excellent staff. I asked her of her name, she gave me. I will like to tell you that she's a good worker and will like to recommend that she should be promoted. Her name is Almira Sheikh.

I don't normally do this, but the staff behaviour & explanation was appalling. I bought 54 dollars in 1 dollar, but my daughter wanted it in 5 dollar notes instead. I went back to swap it, but completely denied saying it's money laundering. The black lady won't even have it. This is the second time she was been rude whenever you need help. She needs to be trained & taught the way to help customers. Poor customer services 😢

Work across the road and been coming in here since 2007. This is by far the nicest post office I’ve been too. The last few months they have renovated to a high standard. Staff are lovely. New owner S.Khan is warm, friendly and a fantastic new owner. Keep up the good work. If I could rate it more stars I would.

Amazing Post Office. I've been having 5 star experience since the new management tookover in December 2022. Very professional staff that makes customers feel at home and welcomed. I feel valued and welcomed using their service. Great experience and thanks to the new management for introducing this new business culture.
