Not the best Greggs out there. The range on offer is standard Greggs and a usual Greggs hit or miss for how hot the bakes are. It is swamped in the morning by commuters, often resulting in long waits. However outside of the morning or lunch period, its quite quiet, however the staff seem to work at a glacial pace no matter the time of day, except for one or two notable normal speed workers whom look fast in comparison.

Just fantastic. Possibly one of my favourite greggs in Manchester. Quick service, good prices and best of all great food. Greggs is my favourite bakery of all time and the Vegan sausage rolls are delightful i have never had a bad experience here. This particular greggs is great to take the kids after a long day at the science and industry museum which is very close by along with the transport museum.

Great food. I love the vegan options. I'm a Regular customer and even have the app.

Excellent choice in this Greggs with warm options a plenty. Always a queue but efficient staff and service means you never wait too long

Level of service depends on the staff member who serves you. Most are very friendly, efficient and polite. However there is one girl with a Liverpool accent that is so rude its beyond belief. She makes me almost want to apologise for simply stepping in the store. She says nothing, grabs the pasty I ask for and then thrusts it onto the counter as she shouts for the next customer. Manners cost nothing and when she has served me it puts a downer for the rest of my lunch hour. I also don't like it when the pasties are served cold but still sold at full price.
