Have never had any issues before, however for the last 3 times I have been the pasties have been completely raw underneath. Maybe a change in management or they're just getting lazy.

Nearly everything was out of stock, and the queue was massive. Still queued anyway, then asked how long it would be for the item I wanted to be ready and was told 15 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and had to queue again, only to be told 5 minutes later "sorry, we haven't put them in the oven yet"

I asked for a sausage and bean bake came home to a chicken bake so it wasn't eaten. A few days later I went for a vegetable soup . It was labeled as a veg soup but was the festive soup. That was nice but not qhat I expected and if I was a vegetarian I wouldn't of been happy
