I got a day pass when I was in Manchester last week. Not my local gym but definitely would be if I lived in the area. Friendly atmosphere in there, but most importantly has got everything you need, whether you’re a bodybuilder / weightlifter / power lifter. Great gym 5*

This has been my go to gym for over two years now. Amazing and very friendly and motivating atmosphere. It's great to see so many regular patrons coming every single day. Rob is the most knowledgeable coach I've ever trained with. Will recommend without hesitation!

I've been to a few gyms in Manchester, why all have their own unique features, but gudlift gym, is cool, calm and collective, working out here is peaceful and you won't have to wait long for anything compare to the other gym where user hog the machine for way too long, overall love this gym, and it's fare for what you pay compere to the other♥️

Not actually trained there yet but went in was shown around,completely changed since 1990s ,Awesome gym equipment also powerlifting gear is the top end too .Going to train there at some point after my injuries get better ,Friendly staff ,Spoke with Sam ,Coach ,very well informed regarding powerlifting, 👍

The most ridiculous well equipped gym I’ve come across in my 20+ years of training (with some equipment I have literally never seen before). I honestly don’t believe you will find a better equipped gym in the whole of the North West + the people that run the place not only know their stuff but keep it clean and tidy. My little boy loves the kids classes they run on Sunday mornings.
