I love this place. Sessions are great for all levels. PTs are brilliant and Brad runs a fantastic gym. Has a lovely family/community feel to it (if you are not keen on typical commercial gyms, this is the place for you). Definitely recommend this setup for anyone into HIIT/Crossfit

After being apprehensive about starting a new gym, Brad made us feel welcome, he was super supportive and encouraging. Really enjoying the variety of classes. Enjoying challenging myself- although the stairs back down out of the are a killer after a class !!

Fantastic gym with an excellent set of trainers and equipment. Proper team feel and everyone’s friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to get in shape. Beginner or pro this is the place to go!
