Had a small job done here recently. As far as the actual service on the car goes...no problems at all, very efficient. Customer service though? To the point of comically poor. Two slightly older gents were working the front when I arrived, didn't acknowledge me when I walked in, not even a "hello" or "just a moment please"...so I just stood there awkwardly for a couple of minutes wondering if I'd walked into the right place... before one of them finally offered to serve me. They are very straight and to the point...which isn't always a bad thing, but they are verging on rude with it as appose to helpful and efficient. You can tell they are busy at work and have a lot to get through so it's a bit of a 'no time for chit chat' type of environment. But nobody is THAT busy at work, that they need to be so rude. As I sat waiting I saw several others come and go, all ignored when they arrived for several minutes at a time whilst they typed away and carried on with their work. No greeting, no smile, no nothing. One customer in particular was trying to engage one of the guys in friendly conversation as he waited as he had come to collect his car and was more or less shut down as the guy was too busy typing, which is just chronically poor customer service. He effectively told him to stop speaking to him (in not quite so many words) and he'd deal with him in a moment when he was available. Another came in to ask for something in particular and was told point blank that they couldn't do it, but in such a passive aggressive nature, arms folded, leaning back in his chair, totally shut off - not interested. I could tell in the customers tone of voice he was thinking..."are you for real?". No apology, no..."why don't you try here or there, or this or that..."...nothing. This is in the centre of Oldham, so I'm sure they get all sorts in here complaining and kicking off and being rude, so their guards might be up a bit, but no manners at all, let alone customer service skills. Like I say, the job I came in for was done efficiently and with no issues, so I'm not reviewing their work...just making the point that the customer service is appalling. Totally unapproachable or that's how they make themselves come across. You feel like you're stood in the headmasters waiting room waiting to be told off it's that bad. Never seen customer service quite so bad and although they probably mean well and are just trying to get through the day...that's the reason for the review. Because the atmosphere such bad customer service like this creates is why I'd consider going elsewhere next time. I'd hate to have been in a position where I'd needed to complain in person...

Used this store to collect an online order which was quick and easy, as was retuning the item the next day as it was no longer needed Unfortunately, many people seem unable to park in the bays provided and feel within their rights to just dump cars anywhere, blocking other people in, inconsiderate 😒
