Excellent, promt efficient service from Chloe and the team with a puncture repair and tracking completed. Halfords Sale Branch have also provided great service for my daughter when she required replacement tyres and tracking.

Very Poor service . Got my expensive car's Air suspension repaired and was charged £1130 . The car suspension totally gone again just after 4 Months .Went to the garage again they kept my car for 2 days . upon several calls I was give different statements by a Lady about the suspension issue. Next day they said that the left Air Strut was leaking so that is replaced again under warranty and told me that there is an issue with the Suspension compressor that can only be done by the car dealer . I got my car suspension checked by 2 other different garages and discovered that there is no issue with the Compressor that is absolutely fine the only thing that is faulty his the left Air strut .Also I discovered that they overcharged me for the parts that were used . A young guy who dealt with me at Halfords totally lied they did not replaced the left Air strut at all that is still faulty.Also on the Invoice they mentioned wrong Mileage figures that's a bit rare why they did it .I have now filled a complaint and will get my car repaired from the Dealer and will be getting my money back through a lawsuit . I suggest to always take a picture of the Mileage when dropping of your cars to any garage that I do every time .

After having the misfortune of hitting one of Trafford's many potholes, I turned into the nearest garage. The service and friendliness of the staff can't be faulted.

Good experience today getting some repairs sorted. Prompt call back with list of repairs which were fixed same day. Great experience again today 27.10.2023, team there are clearly very busy with multiple jobs but sorted out my rear light issue in a day.
