Pretty disappointed ☹️ £30 it took her 20/30 mins and they aren’t the same shape on each finger/hand. Seemed like she rushed me. Wouldn’t go again

I don't know how this place is in business, charged £40 for wonky nails. I did tell the woman, and she told me she'd fix it but didn’t. From the looks of it not even qualified or just doesn't care, I don't know which is worse... EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY AVOID.

I went for a soak off and that was fine, after soaking my nails off the woman started clipping my cuticals really hard. They wasn’t bleeding. As soon as I left all my fingers were bleeding for about an hour. Could’ve caused an infection and 3 days later my fingers are sore and in high amount of pain

I rang before the treatment asking if they specifically did biab with tips and was told yes. After the tips were applied I was told they don’t do it only acrylic - the tips were glued on so I had no option but to continue. I had asked for a specific colour and they said they’d find the closest match - was nowhere near but I was desperate and felt obliged since they’d filed and glued them down. When they had finished I was told cash only - I was not told on the phone this was the case. The woman continually shouted at me to leave my bag and ID and go get her cash ( although I had been told they take bank transfer) she contained to shout at me infront of another customer. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable in my life. After being lied to about the services they offer then screamed at. I can honestly say it was the worst experience I have ever had. Save your money - try another nail shop to save the hassle and horrible customer service.

Terrible place the woman was so moody and unpleasant like I was doing her a favour.Nails were proper rushed and the price for what she did and attitude was far too expensive!No care for costumers very bad!
