Absolutely disgusting service , we booked a dog friendly taxi to go shopping with my elderly mum who can barley walk , a small cockapoo don’t malt , have never had a problem going out very friendly driver , booked one coming back the driver turned up muttered no to the dog got in his taxi and drove off , we rang the company who was very rude and wouldn’t listen to a word we was saying , we asked for another dog friendly taxi she said yes , we rang back 25 minutes later to be told they had not booked one , my mums just had spinal surgery never ever would we use this company again after living in Manchester our whole life’s plus all the family and used this company a lot . You should be ashamed, we rang another company out in 5 minutes no messing polite got us home

I have changed my rating to one after a couple of bad experiences when using the app. Several times I've had the driver ask me to pay when vacating the vehicle despite it being pre-paid. Last Tues I booked a taxi at 8am, one was shown as on the way almost immediately. Then it cancelled. After calling twice to be told I was next in line for a taxi, and waiting 45 mins I cancelled and had to book via another company. The reason I was waiting so long is not because no drivers were available but there were no drivers in Clayton. I found this odd as usually a driver will finish one job and be given another which they will travel too even if it is in a different area. The company is also based in Clayton so to have no drivers in the area also seemed odd. I personally think a lot of them are doubling as Uber or Bolt drivers and that is why they are hard to come by. I used to highly rate this company but it needs to work on its app and service as whilst I was waiting the app was still showing as me being able to get a taxi fairly quickly.

Avoid ⚠️ Waste of space. Booked via app and the trip was booked & paid for. Waited 10 minutes past my quoted pick-up time, even rang them to double check and the lady said 5 minutes. Not soon after I received a notification saying booking cancelled - no drivers. Poor.

Been using this taxi company for years I've just finished work and need to get to an hospital appointment and they have refused me a taxi saying I need a password I can't remember the password not used it for that long and Bernard Hamilton took the pass work off that why I can't remember it what a joke missed my appointment at the lung specialist I've been waiting 5 years for now how long will I wait for another so thank you the receptionist thanks alot 🙂 🤬🤬🤬

the girl who answers the phone is absolutely horrible, she answers in a disrespectful and ineffective tone, this company should be closed, I waited 40 minutes for a taxi and called to ask if it was coming, only to receive an answer from that lady "He comes when the driver wants" in a gruff tone, someone must take action
