I visited the Whitefield Office Thursday afternoon as I needed advice on a Wills matter and a transfer of equity matter. The two girls at reception gave excellent advice. They were very professional and very pleasant. They guided me in the information that I needed to know and the documents that I would need to provide. Found HCB Solicitors, particularly Rebecca to be excellent during the sale of our house, and the subsequent purchase of another property. We were kept informed throughout the whole process, and nothing was too much trouble. Rebecca's expertise and professionalism was outstanding. Please be aware of this place... They don't return telephone calls, I've been trying to change my will for over a week... After numerous emails and telephone calls I got through to a rude lady... I was informed the office at whitefield is closed... Though she answered the phone there... I was informed if I needed to change my will I would have to travel to Walkden... When I explained I had no transport, she wasn't interested... I said I would have to go and make a new will elsewhere and her reply was fine do that. I've given HCB plenty of business in the past, no more now... You've been warned.
