They like selling, great! for them, but wait until something goes wrong. They are very very poor at customer service. Soon as you say you have an issue they don't respond until you keep repeatedly contacting them. Then they say its you and you should get it professionally installed. Mine was, the equipment was faulty and still is. Weeks I've been trying to get them to communicate and sort out a replacement, eventually you will get a very vague answer, not a solution which requires you to reply and then they don't reply for weeks, then making excuses and avoid answering the question once again. Then you will just get, "return it". I was told, once they receive the return its one day turn around to look at it, mine took over three weeks before I got it back, they said they replaced the hard drive, (if there was one at all) still not working properly. I would seriously avoid this company, they are not professional. They are in it just to sell and don't care about their customers aftersales. They trade under another name RiSCAM on ebay Terrible company. Pursuing with Trading standards.

They fitted cameras but refused help when they stopped working. Then kept changing price for call out from £30 to £60. Should have been no call out as it's suppose to have 2 year warranty. Said so many lies it's unbelievable. Don't under no circumstances get anything from this company. They have been reported to trading standards
