UPDATE FEBRUARY 2022

COVID Protocols remain in place at our clinics.

As we are in healthcare and have some vulnerable patients who are immuno-deficient, we will continue to offer face to face treatments with the some protocols still in place as advised by Public Health England.

The protocols require all patients to wear a mask, with physios wearing appropriate PPE (mask, with disposable apron and gloves as required). We continue to avoid using the waiting areas, so ask patients to arrive at the allotted treatment times and wait for the physio to bring you into the clinic.

Prior to your first appointment, the protocols will be discussed and an email detailing our requests sent for your agreement. If you are exempt from mask wearing, please notify your physio when booking so appropriate arrangements can be made, to enable us to keep our more vulnerable patients safe and well.
