Stayed here for the first time. No telephone in the room as stated by the receptionist. The TV only worked if you press channel 3. Other than that, the breakfast was superb. The staff went above and beyond to assist where possible and under charging me for bottles of water. The room was very comfortable and I loved the fact that they had Dove products in the bathroom! This was certainly a game changer. I didn't need to use my own toiletries. Thank you for looking after me and I'm looking forward to returning to Manchester to explore this lovely city.

Only five minutes walk from tram stop. Location was excellent for Lowry theatre. Unfortunately, it was very expensive due to where it was situated - cost £160 for a twin room for my son and I which I think is really expensive for staying in a basic hotel. However, the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean. Perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep! Breakfast was fine, but quite limited by comparison to other budget hotels I have stayed in - however, I noted there were vegetarian/ vegan options upon request. It was very busy, but staff tried their best to manage the hungry customers! 😄

Tricky bit of road on approach going through housing estate with parking almost all up one side but parking at the hotel is plenty. Check in simple and pleasant staff great. Immediate pay to park required, but check in first for discount code. Good size social space and close to many options if you fancy food or drink out all within 5 min walking distance. Inclusive breakfast was good and made simple by self sere buffet. The room is good size, but the wallpaper is damaged. The paint shows ecmvidence of a leak, and patch painting that don't colour match makes it look grubby. The bed was very comfortable, and I do like to use this chain often when staying away so I can compare this to many other locations I have used over the UK. Solid 8 out of 10

Only slight criticism was the bathrooms were a little dated. All clean tho. Everything else was really nice. Excellent location too. Helps that it was lovely weather but really nice place to have a beer and look over the river

First time here, we loved it, staff couldn't be more acomerdateing. Facilities good, location lovely, had to pay for parking though, purchase it in the hotel you get a discount, not on line. Breakfast can be a bit kaotic, buy look out for the best times to go, bar lovely, small food menu.
