I would like to say what a fabulous Hotel this is!!! Good value for money. There is a gym, breakfast is included and just the lil extras you get really makes it worth every penny. The bar staff and reception and kitchen staff couldn’t be more helpful. What a wonderful experience @ this Hotel all in all. Would highly recommend. Also the location is superb. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Perfect location as I occasionally come up from London to Media City. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the buffett breakfast was fantastic! Paula who works in the restaurant (mezzanine level), was super friendly and helpful, as all the breakfast staff, they all deserve 5 stars. The only downside was that the receptionist wasn't too friendly, I asked her for take away cutlery early morning, and she couldn't be bothered. Besides that, I had a very positive experience and would definitely come back when I'm next in Salford. Thanks so much!

I was not entirely pleased by my stay at this hotel. My main discontent was with the hotel's elevators that seem to oparate rather erratically as if they had a life of their own. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast buffet, lunch at the bar in the lobby was, however, utterly dissappointing - I don't recall not being able to finish a ceasar salad before. The hotel's surroudings are rather sterile, a really bad example of massive gentrification that seems to be the order of the day in Greater Manchester. Though I didn't find time to visit, I was pleased to find IWM North located within walking distance. There's a convenient tram connection between Media City UK and the centre of Manchester which serves as a welcome compensation to relative lack of amenities in the vincinity of the hotel itself.

Can see it is an area in development so 4 stars is fair reflection. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was fantastic and I loved the shower and cream products. Also glad we had all smart tv features available to use.
