Rooms really good quality, bathrooms modern, hairdryer and ironing board in the rooms. Good pressure in the shower. Breakfast was nice, easy served. Very handy for Old Trafford on the tram. Tram stop 5 min walk.

We had never stayed here before, but we will certainly come again. The location was spot on, just a short walk from the Trafford Centre, as well as the metro stop into Manchester City centre. The reception staff were charming upon arriving at the desk, and the instant recognition was appreciated. We got the fobs to our room, the room was spacious, modern, fresh smelling (always good), bathroom a good size (again clean, no hairs). The bed was comfortable and plenty big enough for my 6ft 2 frame. The breakfast next morning was plentiful, with a good array of choices for the palette. Overall, a very good place to stay and highly recommended.

Great hotel staff are really really good rooms where very clean and bar and breakfast area was great. The only thing I don't like is taking a deposit and taking so long to return it .I have checked my bank and parking fee have been taken but deposit not returned yet. Normally I get deposit returned much quicker with other hotels I will be using HolidayInn again . 1 more thing that wasn't great is someone was smoking drugs and you can't open any of the windows but must say the hotel got rid of the smell by my second nights stay

We were treated to a night here for a game at Old Trafford. The staff were all lovely, very friendly & helpful, especially Chris when we checked in. It was really convenient for the tram stop. The room was spotless. Thanks

Initially didn't want to stay at this hotel but after some convincing by the hubby, i was really impressed by the property. We were greeted by a lovely, professional Guest Relations staff on 17 Apr afternoon. I didnt get her name unfortunately. Absolute pleasure to be served by her. The room was more than decent. Spacious, so so comfortable. I honestly had the best sleep those 2 nights. It was not even cold in the room, which worked well for me because i had a very bad cold and cough. Walking distance to Trafford City. Breakfast was a bit bland for us, but i think a bit more vegetarian options could work. There was no water bottles in the room when we checked-in. Not sure if it's a practice to not have that. but everything else was great. overall wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.
