I arrived just before closing time today and the door was locked. A young girl was still serving someone and noticed that i wanted to come in. So when she let them out i asked if she could please let me get some beetroot juice for my blood pressure. She refused and locked the door.

I called in on Saturday the 23rd of October at around 2pm looking for some multi vitamins. With what looked like 100’s to choose from a nice chap pointed me in the right direction with some expert advice and even found me the best deal saving me over £3. Great customer service thank you very much.

Came here after many years to buy something. Shopping experience, no problems but the cashier needs to be more friendly she seemed not too caring.

Went in here yesterday to buy a few bits. While the shop is nice and there are lots of options available the service was not as I'd expect. When I checked out the assistant didn't acknowledge me and at one point when I approached the counter to pay he walked away leaving me stood there. When he did come back to serve me he didn't explain I had to self check and charged me 5p for a paper bag (pretty sure the bag charge was initially for plastic not paper) then gave me a bag that wasn't big enough for my purchase. All in all it wasn't the best experience and I think that I will buy online at amazon moving forward where my custom is appreciated or at a push visit another store with better service

Great store selling lots of health products but they are expensive. I always go in and stock up when there is a Penny sale.
