I am a regular customer of Holland and Barrett. I went to this Manchester arndale store the price label and product is different. Took me 25 mins to look around and shop went to till the price are different than the product. Called the supervisor and explained the situation but he refused to listen me instead made me feel stupid. Never be back to this store

Highly recommend to come to this branch! We had amazing customer service from Sadaat who explained everything that I needed to know and which product to buy that suited my needs. His communication was excellent which even helped my mum with language barrier too. Will be coming back soon!

Great products, in this branch I saw a streamer opening packages and pouring the product into their hands to stream and take photos, they then put the products back in their packages and sealed them up. I told staff and they said it was official which is fine but it just looked like nobody cared some strangers were opening packages so felt kind of gross
