We opened back in 2010 & haven't looked back since! Laura has worked in the care sector for over 15 years and is our Registered Care Manager. ''I have worked in many roles within the care sector over the years that have brought me great job satisfaction. I now enjoy the challenge of managing the client team.” Sian is our Recruitment Manage. Her role is to attract and engage in a meaningful way with new Care Pros and key players to the business. “I love hearing so many amazing stories about our Care Pros and the extra mile they go to give their client the highest quality of care.” Mark has been our Business and Resource Manager for 5 years, leading the scheduling team and supporting key business and financial administration. “it’s great be part of growing business which provides such fundamental service to the local community.” Hazel has over 6 year’s valuable experience in professional care roles and along with the client team, utilises that to support our amazing Clients and Care Professionals “It is my passion to help improve the quality of all our clients lives and make a real difference.” Karen has worked with us for 10 years as our Deputy Care Manager. She brings new clients on board, from enquiry to introducing Care Professionals. “I work with a great team that all have a passion for providing high quality care. It doesn't get more rewarding than that!" Working for Home Instead nationally for 6 years, Katie join us in 2023. She is deeply passionate about enabling older people to stay living in the comfort of their own home, and spreading the word on how we can transform the lives of vulnerable people and their families. Jess joined our Care Professional team in 2021 & progressed to the Scheduling Coordinator. Her role supports clients and Care pro's continuity of care. “I love being in a position to help those who need it, making a positive difference to their lives.” Kerry joined Home Instead in 2019. With a kind and caring heart, she loves supporting our Care Professional team and delivering outstanding care to our clients. “Working in care has changed my life for the better and I love working with a supportive team at Home Instead.”

I have recently started working for home instead. The staff are second to none. Nothing to big or to small they will help if they can. Made me feel so much at eaze due to working for a really bad care company previous... Clients are treated with up most respect and it's just a pleasure to be able to say I work for home instead.
