Had 2 appointments cancelled. 3rd appointment, measurements etc & deposit taken. Advised fitting 7th June. Heard nothing. Tried to contact them from 2 weeks ago as had nothing to confirm my blinds being fitted 7th June. Disgraceful.

Don't even bother. Had appointment booked for weeks to then receive a phone call on the day to say it was too late for them to attend at 5pm! When it was booked I made it very clear it had to the this time due to a full time job. Complete waste of time. No offer on the call to sort another appointment. Definitely do not recommend.

Wanted to pop in on Saturday to pick blinds with my sister in law, website says it's open until 5pm ..... Arrived at 3.30pm to find it shut .... PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE

The last time I bought blinds from home fair,I bought 9 blinds,The service was excellent.The time before I bought 6 blinds, the service was excellent. Yesterday I ordered 3 blinds, the service was rubbish,I made an appointment to be measured up for the blinds on Monday morning.I got a phone call saying that they were busy, could I make it Monday afternoon.That was ok>today they phoned me saying that they were busy could I REARRANGE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AS THEY WERE BUSY.The answer was no.A shame really.

We received excellent service whilst browsing in the Hyde shop, having our windows measured, and having our roller and vertical blinds fitted. The blinds and their fixtures are excellent quality and value for money, and the fitters turned up when expected on both occasions.
