Customer service in the shop is non-existent. Blinds took 3 weeks to come which wasn’t bad to be honest, the service from the lady behind the counter on the other hand was. Not a smile to be had. Collected the blinds today of which I ordered beading to go with them. Once I’d got home and unpackaged them, no beads. This now meant I had to go back to the shop and get them. There was no apology she just went and got some beads I asked a question about weights and got ‘one minute’ like my whole presence in the shop was an inconvenience. I worked in retail myself for 10 years, had that of been me I would of been mortified that someone had to travel back because of a mistake I’ve made. I would of apologised at the very least! I can guarantee I’ll never go back to this shop again but to be honest that’s made very easy by their ridiculous opening times.

Is it your policy to charge a terminally ill OAP,£4 X each window ledge (entire house) where u had to move a couple of items when fitting blinds because the customer was to ill to move them. I would be interested on u comments!.

Superb staff. Got replacement part after mine snapped, even though delivered to wrong store im I between stores so just as quick. Very friendly and polite and professional

stay clear from these they are rip offs! the man didnt arrive on time too meassure them, and for 3 small windows they charge £150. they are nice blinds but they are over priced! 👌👎

Absolutely disappointed fitted the blind one has slats missing .another has no open n close mechanism on it n the other doesn't sit properly on the window sill .been trying to get this sorted for weeks now n still not bk to sort it ....
