Hired a floor sander here (ashton) recently and can't praise the staff enough. From the two people I spoke to on the phone to the two blokes in store, all very helpful and friendly. I work in customer service and its really good to experience excellent customer service in other places as it sets your mood.

I try to hire a rotavator for one day it said £50 on website then they hit you with a load of extras which took it the price up to 84 pounds then it stated they would need ID and someone would be in contact gave the ID and then they said they would require a deposit one third of the price of the item the rotavator i was trying to hire was worth about £1,300 so that was a £400 deposit so didn't end up hiring it from them my absolute joke

Thanks to Barry today for his help with the line for my petrol strimmer, I know im cheeky, thanks for the oil aswell, just the job, I forgot my receipt, great place for all your Sthil products, shop local.

Very helpful staff with loads of advice and experience, provided a fast and efficient service. Dropped off and collected all hire gear and alot cheaper than I expected. Thank you to all the staff.
