Our purchase with Hunters couldn’t have been better! We dealt with Nicole and she was just amazing. So informative, friendly and helpful. Nicole, Nikki and the team have been absolutely brilliant this past year while my house sale has been going through. Their advice and support was invaluable, and their warm, friendly attitude was really appreciated. Despite all of the set backs we faced, they were always quick to respond and kept me updated throughout. Would definitely recommend if you’re buying or selling.

I had the privilege to be working with Nicole Coombes throughout my home purchase. I can’t begin to explain how thorough she was throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted her, she replied instantly. Probably one of the quickest turnaround I have ever experienced working with anybody. She went above and beyond for me, even ensured to keep me updated outside of working hours and managed to get me an answer within literally minutes. She is also very sympathetic, welcoming and very easy to work with. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her throughout my entire experience and she made the whole process very pleasant for me. Highly recommend!!

I was very nervous at the start as I was first time buyer, but Hunter's made it easy by helping me at every stage of my purchase. I can offer the highest praise for the staff at Hunters Estate Agents, Middleton. They recently acted for me in the sale of my flat, and were also agents for the vendors of the house I subsequently bought. In both cases, they went to great lengths, beyond what I might expect of many estate agents, to resolve complications which arose. Whilst selling my flat, land registry issues and other problems would have taken much longer to resolve if left to solicitors, and without the interventions of Nicole in particular. During the purchase of my new house, delays caused by my solicitor risked jeopardising the whole deal; without Nicole’s exceptional efforts, the consequences for me, and for the vendor, could have been catastrophic. I can highly recommend Hunters Middleton for anyone seeking an estate agent, and I would like to thank Paul, Nicole and the whole team for their excellent and friendly service.
