The location of the Ibis Hotel is great with a tram station being a two minute walk away for easy access to most attractions around the city. The view from our room on the sixth floor was beautiful especially during sunrise and sunset. On top of this, the staff were lovely and very accommodating. However, the bed was hard with horrible pillows giving us not the best sleeps we could've had. The toilet was quite literally in a cupboard and there were only two plug sockets underneath the TV for the whole room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and are not staying for more than a couple days, otherwise you may be walking around with a sore back!

The hotel is nicely located, easy tram access and walking distance to Old Trafford. Family room was small but everything we needed. Unfortunately it was warm evening couldn't keep the window open due to the location of the tram and the noise, other guest were extremely noisy in the corridor during the early hours. Breakfast was ok, but wouldn't book it again.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff couldn't be any more friendly. The hotel was perfect for a budget stay, comfy rooms and beds, great location and great communal area. This is our second visit to this hotel and we would definitely be back.

Dear Accor Hotels, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Hotels The issue that I have experienced was: Thanks for the invoice Feedback on the hotel. NKFLDKRH booking ref On arrival the triple room was unclean. The top bed was not made and the mattress was dirty with hair, and dark stains. Room 220 We were moved to 231. The bed sheets had orange stains on and rips. Both my daughter and her friend said they itched all night and came out in a rash. There was no bar in the hotel or ice facility. Very poor facilities. The lack of a bathroom was not very private with just having a tiny toilet cupboard and a shower. We had a disabled blue badge but yet still had to pay to park. We also asked for rooms close together and were put on floor 2 and 7. I was very disappointed with the overall standard of the hotel and facilities and would not stay in an Ibis again. While in reception on Sunday evening there was a lady with her family who were unable to check in and she kept asking me to pay her bill and she would give me the cash. All of her cases and bags were littering the reception area while she tried to sort her room. She was swearing on the phone and her young daughter was screaming and upset. I.hope this will be passed onto the manager as it made me feel very uncomfortable. My stay was extremely unpleasant and my daughter and her friend now have a rash and feel itchy from unclean sheets, fleas or other.

Great location, away from all the city noise as it's a business district. Employees are very nice, each one of them I met. Breakfast wasn't so famous, but for the price it costs it was OK. The room was quite big for a standard, the shower was amazing and the bed very comfortable.
