Do not let your loved ones have care under this company! They don’t turn up due to several staff sickness with no warning when they do turn up either stay for 10 mins out of 45 min call, don’t take care of personal hygiene, forget medication and finally broke my dad’s cupboard door and offer a measly £15 as ‘good will gesture’. They deny everything when I send them cctv to back everything up. Reported to cqc. New managements attitude is cocky, unsympathetic and appauling

Absolute worst place I have ever worked, absolutely appalling. Do not pay you right, send you to multiple jobs at the same time therefore the care is not getting done properly, send us to un safe environments and do not have any of this information on the care plan, honestly the worst unprofessional place I have ever worked.

Worst place I have worked! Staff not PEG trained. I witnessed carers mixing meds in a dirty cup then administering through PEG no flushes in between meds! Raised with manager who attended a clients house and instead of inspecting the staff doing the PEG care, moaned about office staff! Staff still allowed to clients house to give the same standard of PEG care! I left as highly unsafe working practices

The worst place to work possible , they don’t pay your wages on time and never right sometimes they don’t pay them atall , the owner/ manager never replies and if they do all the say is it’s not there problem or responsibility , The office staff don’t stick to the law of private and confidentiality, just plaster your email and personal 1-1 messages in a group chat so everyone else who works for the company know what’s going on. They don’t pay sick pay to staff members Stay well away from this company nothing but a massive headache

Shocking. Just SHOCKING! Worst company to work for. No PPE used. Make you sort out your own transport when you don’t even drive. Left residents to lay in their own mess for 2 hours!!! Because they change the rota around so much!! Just absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional! I do NOT recommend
