Ideal Windows replaced some of my double glazed windows last year and although there were a few delays due to covid restrictions, Victoria, in the office kept me informed at every stage. The fitters were excellent, very tidy and no damage to surrounding plaster. I would definitely recommend them, I love my new windows 100% happy.

We ordered several sealed units from Ideal to replace those from our original double glazing installation (by a different contractor) which had failed after 25 years or more! The work was carried out expertly and efficiently by two very friendly and courteous fitters, Mike and Jimmy, and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.
