I will keep well away from this business at all cost! Firstly, we were really surprised when we had not heard from from the groomers in five hours since dropping off our pet. We had to call an leave a message only to be told they had forgotten he was there, shocking! When we finally collected our little dog we were horrified when to find a huge section shaved away as if for an operation. We explained our concerned to the actual groomer who extremely defensive and rude throughout accepting no responsibility at all. Instead we were being advised that the short shaving was for the hygiene area which is something we'd never seen before on our pair or any other pet for that matter. I explained in all my years I have never seen a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in this state. The rude assistant was insistent that this was the correct procedure to shave dogs for hygiene reasons. This person should not be allowed near dog's nor customer just a horrible person to deal with. The owner agreed to shorten the rest of the underside as best possible. Look at the photos and decide for yourself weather this business is suitable for your pet.

I would highly recommend Imperial Grooming. Since having a baby I don’t have time to keep on top of my Bichon Frise in between grooms so I booked her in for a bath and brush with Ben. She returned looking lovely and fluffy and smelling gorgeous. Thank you

I have a very nervous rescue dog Charlie he loves visiting the lovely ladies at imperial groomers and I know they always take the best care if him. He leaves with an extra wag in his tail a jaunty bandana and smelling gorgeous.
