The Sunbeds are extremely good, however the staff let the business down massively. They’re always rude, look down on people and would rather stand and chat. I’ve been here so many times in the past but my recent few experiences have changed my views on the place. My sister had never been on a sunbed before and was extremely nervous. We explained to the girl on the desk that it was her first time on any Sunbeds and she asked my sister to fill in a form on her phone. Nothing else was said or explained other than asking her how many minutes she wanted to go on for, which my sister replied that she didn’t know as it’s her first time.. however the girl replied it’s up to you. Which I don’t agree with, as people have different skin types and this should not be suggested. Nothing was explained once to her, such as how to operate the beds. The 2 girls just stood behind the desk chatting and pointed at the bed that my sister was meant to go on. As no one stopped their chat to help her, I went in and showed her how to use everything in detail. When I returned, they continued gossiping. Just to note, it was an extremely quiet evening and it was just me, my baby and my sister when this happened. I was so annoyed that I wanted to say something but didn’t and thought I’d give it another chance. When my sister came out she said she didn’t have a good experience and was made to feel uncomfortable and nothing was explained. As someone who was already new and nervous, I don’t think this is how they should be treated. Other times I have been in, the staff look miserable, barely say hi or bye or make any sort of effort.

Standups and cubicles are always clean, they regularly run good offers for courses. Staff are friendly and most importantly the beds are amazing 🌞
