I cannot recommend Paul King highly enough. Last Friday our very old Windows 7 HP Desktop died. I had allowed my backup drive to fail about 2 years ago with no way of retrieving our essential data. A quick call to Paul and he was out the same day. He took the desktop apart and tested all the components, explaining to me every step of the way, until he gave me the news that basically it was unrepairable. He has a no fix no fee policy which is brilliant. As we desperately needed a new and up to date device AND retrieval of the data from the hard drive, Paul gave us a no obligation quote. It was very reasonable and saved us god knows how many hours of agonising over what to buy, sourcing it, setting it up, getting the right software on it. Within a couple of days he was back, set it all up for us, and transferred all our data onto the new machine. He communicated with me regularly to keep me up to date with progress building our new laptop. Paul also helped with a problem I had with my printer, which I had failed miserably to get it set up to scan properly when I bought it. We are thrilled with our new Windows 11 laptop, and are happy to highly recommend Paul. Thanks a million!

I can't thank Paul enough, he came out to my rescue even at great inconvenience to himself, and fixed the problems I was having in resetting all my appliances after being scammed. His pleasant friendly manner and great skill in his field of work were exactly what I needed, and I am so grateful to him, I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are having Computer problems, don't bother looking anywhere else, just go straight to Paul, he will sort it out for you!!!!

Purely Professional and a Great Guy! Paul is a complete professional and is the top of the business. He did an amazing Job resolving my PC issues as well as ensuring that every step was taken.
