Used I rescue for a flat battery. Replaced the battery fine but now my car alarm keeps going off and now I have to sort this out at myself as they don't want to know.

Takes too long i am in Manchester and the only driver is in kendal been waiting 2 hours 30 mins for a tow around the corner what a joke

I would like to say that the 2 lads that came to my car @ 10pm on Spring Lane Monday were absolutely great & not only took my car but dropped me back home safe & sound. I also want to mention that the guy who rang around 6pm Monday to say he'd be 10 mins I am totally disgusted with, he drove by & saw he couldn't get to my car so drove off without calling me or knocking on to see if I knew who's cars were in the way & could be moved. My original call to RAC was 9.28 that morning so it was a long &frustrating day & I have raised the issue with them

I'd arranged with green flag to have my vehicle towed to a local garage has the battery was flat and the starter motor was not working . FAM turned up on time. I mention about the tow to FAM he shrugged his shoulders and proceds to get put a battery booster to start the car....which I own one myself. His job done off he went leaving us to drive the car to the garage car stalled several times leaving me to jump start it again being pipped by several drivers seeing me as a hazard. My wife's car if she'd have been on her own would have been a disaster. If it's the policy just to get the car started green flag should have explained. I've had x2 call outs with green flag in over 10 years. This time it wasn't good.
