Allan from Irlam Estates was great to deal with and did an amazing job on keeping us up to date with everything from the vendors side and keeping pressure on our conveyancers. The service he delivered was faultless considering, as the buyer, we was not the paying customer. Highly recommend and thanks again Allan.

Absolutely fantastic! Bought and sold our house through Irlam Estates and had a really positive experience on both occasions. Sold in June 21 and Allan Finch was amazing. We were in a chain which fell through at the bottom (twice) but Allan had viewings booked and offers in within days on each occasion. Allan was always proactive to ensure everything stayed on track and his communications with me and all other parties was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional estate agent with a thorough knowledge of the local market then Irlam Estates is for you. I sold a property with them that had a few issues along the way and Steve and Allan had a solution for everything. They were fantastic to deal with, communicating regularly along the way.
