Very good range of plants and at a reasonable price. Plants come very well packed and in good condition. I particularly like the various collections of plants offered, in their catalogue - such as the Hebe Dwarf and Rhododendron collections, because I can have a show of similar yet varied plants at a good price. I will continue to purchase plants from J Parkers and look forward to the catalogues popping through in the post. They are very good about informing you when parcels are about to arrive - important when you are receiving living plants through the post.

I have ordered plants online before and they have always arrived as plants which stood a chance when in the ground. These were tiny plugs which dried out in transit. Most were dead when they arrived, some were just plugs with no plant because they had time to die and disappear in transit. The handful which clung on to planting then died within a few days. Waste of money and really disappointing. Will be ordering elsewhere in future - when you advertise plants, sell plants and not dried out seedlings.

Sorry for this score but out of the 3 packs of red hot poker plants I ordered, 5 were like mush when they arrived. I planted them all in pots to see if they would 'liven' up, but since then 7 have not taken at all. Very disappointed with my order this time.

The first time I have used your company and I would definitely use you again. I was kept well informed what was happening. Plants came in good condition and at a reasonable price. Planted them up the next day. They seem to be doing very well and you don't charge postage.

I was excited to receive my order but I am disappointed I have been let me down. This is the second year ordering the same product type I have been let down, I had hoped their stock would be better… I bought the 'Canna Tropicana Pack of 3, Supplied as Top-quality tubers CODE A315 £13.98'. I was lvery disappointed with the tubers they are of very poor quality, not the top quality promised. I am surprised their quality control are happy to send out products such as this with no care or consideration for the customer. The tubers were very desiccated, rotten in part, and with very little substance to them. If I trimmed off all the dried up/rotten material, what would be left would be tiny. As this is the second year this has happened, I have no confidence in the quality of their stock and I've asked for my money back. I also bought Acanthus Mollis, Pack of 3, Supplied as 9cm Pot grown plants, CODE KP959, £11.98. 2 plants were OK, 1 was battered with 2 leaves rotted off, I have asked for the damaged plant to be replaced. I also bought 'Hedychium Gardnerianum, Pack of 1, Supplied as Top Size Tubers, CODE A8860, £5.99'. The tuber is shrivelled, and not of the quality I would have expected. I have no confidence in the quality of your stock this line, so I’ve asked for my money back.
